Hello,
I just bought it but I cannot upload the Child theme since it's missing the index file. Also, the main theme is not showing in the customizer.
Can you please check the downloadable files once again? Let me know please

I need to download ALL the Emigo theme as I bought it from themeforest but is now working. Index file is missing it says.

For your issue: First, please try to increase your PHP value in your server then install the child theme again. Please refer to this link for more details:https://nootheme.com/knowledge-base/recommended-php-configuration-limits/
Then give us your FTP account if you still cannot solve your issue.

We have installed the child theme to your site, but have the issue when the child theme activated.
Please go to your PHP.ini file on your server and enable the config allow_url_include=On
After change the config, please let us know again.
