I have checked your site, the issue is when you disable the option "Anyone can register" on the gerneral setting.
Now you can see the register button on the header, and anyone can register on your site.

This is the problem we was trying to fix at the begining. Fake profile registration.
I was able correct the registration bottom link so it'working now. But about the fake registrations, it still continue. Can you please fix that. Thank you

To avoid the fake registration user, you can try the solution below:
1. Add Honeypot Fields
Bots usually fill every input field → get blocked.
Plugins with honeypot:

Antispam Bee

Contact Form 7 Honeypot

WPForms (built-in)
This works silently and does not annoy users.
2. Limit Registration Attempts
Block bots that try multiple times.
Plugins:

Limit Login Attempts Reloaded

WP Armour
-
Wordfence (can block repeated attempts)
3. Enable “Admin Approval” for New Users
This stops spam completely because users must be manually approved.
Plugins:

New User Approve

WP Approve User
This is ideal if you don’t expect a high volume of registrations.
You can also use Cloudflare to block countries that never register.
