We have been working non-stop on NOO Menu since its release. There are just so many rooms for improvements! Our WP Mega Menu Plugin has been updated regularly, beside fixing bugs, we added some features such as Sticky Function, NOO Menu Widget, NOO Menu Shortcode. And with the newest updates, we are thrilled to announce that NOO Menu is at version 1.1.0! You can now add Logo image to menu, enable Search Box on top menu, set Background Color for Menu Items, and much more.[divider]
1. Logo and Search box
In FUNCTIONALITY tab, you will notice a new panel: Branding. There you will find the options for Logo and Search box.
The search box can display as an icon then expand when clicking on. You are free to style background and icon’s colors.
Another addition is Menu Item’s Background color. You can add extra class to menu item to change its color. Here are 7 pre-defined colors that we provide:
- noo-bg-black
- noo-bg-blue
- noo-bg-yellow
- noo-bg-red
- noo-bg-gray
- noo-bg-green
- noo-bg-pink
Now it’s possible to have a rainbow colored menu. Cheers!
3. Icon position and icon size
Icons on top menu and Submenu can change size. You also have more choices regarding icon position. Choose to between Left, Right of menu item or Above.
4. Smart sticky
Don’t be surprised if you don’t see sticky menu when scrolling down, it will show itself when you scroll up. Smart sticky is a trend now, it allows users to enjoy full content but still be able to navigate quickly.
5. Other updates
- Left align, center align and right align Option for Menu bar.
- Layout for mobile: Layout dropdown select
- RTL support
- Minimum Height changed from 0 to 30.
- Font, Font-style: allowed inheriting default values of theme.
