Hello,
I have gone to where you have said within the WordPress back end and there is only one plugin there, that being Slider Revolution, we have already got WP Bakery installed on the site and activated, if needed I can send you logins to the site in a private message so that you can have a look at the issue if necessary.
You have also mentioned the Jobmonster theme, we are not using this theme, we are using the Citilights theme. If we cannot resolve this where can I go to get a refund on the purchase of the licence?
Which builder should we be using? Do I need to buy a licence for the WP Bakery Plugin as the builder should still work, the site isn't using any of the premium features of WP Bakery. The block builder that is usually in the back end when building or editing the site does not work it is just shortcode.
