I have been fixed the above issue.
Cause of this problem:
If you choose Bulgaria as the main language, you need to set the footer with the Bulgarian language in the theme option instead of english.
Later you go to WPML -> String translate -> translate footer id.

Did you create a job from the backend instead of the frontend?
If you create the job following these steps, I think no error will occur:
- Register an employer account -> Login
- Post a job with this account
- Register a candidate account -> Login -> Apply to the above job
- You go to employer dashboard -> Manage Application -> Delete the application.

First of all, the content you want to receive is a resume list, not job list => this link is incorrect (/sitename/job-category/[JOB_CATEGORY_NAME]/)
Here is why this link exists:
/sitename/?_job_category=[ID_JOB_CATEGORY]&post_type=noo_resume
This is a custom link created for the purpose of getting all resumes with the same Job Category. (because resume doesn't support resume taxonomy.)

1. I think it's normal. Creating a resume will be helpful in helping companies find you. If not, you will have to find the right job for you to apply it.
2. Sorry, this is a redundant field. You can go to resume_form.php file (wp-content/themes/noo-jobmonster/layouts/forms/) and remove this code:

3. Only "Job type, Position" with at least 1 assigned job can be displayed.
