1, You select field type "Single Location" instead of "Single Location with Input".
3, The notification number used for functions: Application, Resume suggest, Message. If you have turned off Resume Suggest, the notification could be Application or message. You can check again.
4, I don't think hover, this function only works when you click on it.
5, All your customizations must be done on the Child Theme, instead of directly adding to the parent theme. If you add them directly to parent theme, them will be lost when you update the theme.

Sorry, but this is not the way Jobmonster works. Administrators will approve the Application. Companies will either personally approve or reject an application.

I have updated a few lines of code. You can recreate a resume and check again.
With the above resume, you go to Manage Resume -> click Edit -> click "Save" again. Later, reload and check it.

This is possible, you will need to use Child Theme and customize the no-content.php file (wp-content/themes/noo-jobmonster/layouts/)
You can do the following steps:
- Active Child Theme.
- Create folder "layouts" in "noo-jobmonster-child" folder
- Unzip the attachment
- Open it and change the affid to your affiliate. http://prntscr.com/rhll6c
- Move the no-content.php file to "layouts" folder in Child Theme.
- Reload your site and check again.

- Awards

With field "Professinal Summary": Currently this is the default field, there is no option to turn it off.
