I set the menu correctly as well still not working. Even reinstalled WordPress many times and checked the server settings. I even tried disabling the plugins to find the culprit and this was not the issue either. I would like refund on this broken, outdated, many files outdated, not working product.
I am having the same issue. The theme does not work I would like a refund. I followed exact instructions made sure all plugins were installed correctly before importing the demo and installing the .xml file. I repeated this process step by step as per your written instructions and in addition even tried to downgrade WooCommerce and WordPress to make it compatible with the theme files which are outdated and incompatible and still does not work. I also assign the homepage and blog page and set the permalink and change the Common settings to Post name. It looks nothing like your demo, and it shows critical error when I try to access some pages. Everything is outdated and broken. You need to refund immediately.
