Do you have any plans to implement a way to change the search in the future, or can something be done manually about this?
I think that you have not understood my issue.
On the link you've sent me, I only get one job, which matches both criteria, of freelance AND full time. What I want is for the search to give me back results of jobs that match freelance OR full time. So, I should be getting different jobs, some of them freelance, some full time, and some that match both of the criteria.
Something like this search fulfills what I need.

Another example would be if the user only inputted 500 one search box, which would be the From salary field. In that case, they would get jobs larger or equal to 500.
I think that you have misunderstood what I want to do. I know the way that I can customize a custom field. What I need is for two custom fields on the Jobs and Resumes panel to work together as one Custom Field.
For example, the default _language custom field from the Resumes panel to work as a Job field as well. Is this possible in the current version of JobMonster?
