It's really a problem for me because I run a temporary recruitment agency. Candidate and companies must not have direct relations with each other. The first ones deal with us because of our partnerships with companies. The second ones turn to us because of our skills in sourcing.
Is there really no way ?

No I don't want to remove the CV upload field. I would like to change the sentence and replace "Télécharger CV et/ou LM depuis votre CV" by "Télécharger votre LM".
I find a solution : delete the name of the employer and the company in the back office at the job offer section.
But I'm not totally convinced : I would like an automatic process with no need to go to the BO each time I have to do this.
Do someone has a solution ?
No one to answer me ?
