So the only way is to manually duplicate jobs in order to make them filterable in other languages?
I do understand what you mean but you do not seem to get the problem here.
It doesn't make sense to manually translate a job to make it filterable across other languages. If there are hundreds of jobs added every day, that's literally impossible to do. I don't need the jobs to be translated at all, just to be found via a search function.
For example, someone added a job in London using the EN versions of a site. Now, someone from Russia using the RU version wants to apply for an international job, but he won't be able to see that job because he's switched to the local language and JobMonster is unable to filter international jobs unless they're manually translated.
