I ask you a question and you don't even begin to answer it. Is this what you call support? It is so hard to accomplish anything, having to wait for a day and then not getting any real answers!

Answer my question as to how to properly translate the website plz.
I tried what you suggested - in plugin translate i cant find it / in theme translate I found it, translated, but still showing old text!?
For example - I wanted to translate
"Enter Job Title" from the search field.
Translating Theme - I don´t find it. (screenshot)
So I translated Plugin - where I found it and changed it. (screenshot)
However on the website it is still not translated. What am I doing wrong?

i am desperately trying to translate my website into German (beesocial.at). Using Loco Translate as suggested in Noo documentation. However, since I build the website using Elmentor, I am apparently supposed to translate the plugin as well!?
How exactly am I supposed to do that. Where can I find detailed instructions? I tried, but it doesn´t work and is frustrating.
Where is your tutorial on how to translate a site with Elementor? I looked everywhere. You stayed you are Elementor compatible. You state it`s possible to translate Jobmonster - so where is the documentation, the instructions to do so?

two things concerning Noo Advanced Search in Elementor Plugin -
Firstly - in this thread I was asking you to tell me how I can stretch the background image in Noo Advanced Search 100 % width. No matter which picture format (or if I add a background image in Advanced) it never stretches all the way from left to right - so I guess the Advanced Search is somehow limited and not covering all the page (but as a homepage start it is very important to do so obviously...) Please help with that important issue.
Secondly - is there an option to have 3 search position (like in video tutorial, where he adds Type, Categorie and Location)
However in the Elementor Plugin I can only add Search Position 2 and Search Position 3 - so only 2 options after main field instead of 3.

alright, thanks. but what about the cover image? Still not stretching...
Also, doing exactly like you suggest in your Documentation - I was trying to translate Register Button and Keywords - non of that works at all.

nevermind about problem 2, that's only in Elementor (as is often the case with this theme...) however on website shown correctly.
But problem with testimonials remain!
while you are on it, two more problems need to be solved on the homepage -
I would like to use Testimonial Style 2 - however no text is shown, only Image!
In the section Featured Jobs - when I choose Slider and choose 1 column - it always displays 2 columns which looks very odd!

as I am still waiting on a reply to another post, I am checking here - plus I was wondering why you installed the demo on the actual theme instead of the already installed child theme (as suggested by you).
The idea is to see the demo on the child theme as a reference (as I am still trying to fully grasp the way JM works), but build my own side on the actual theme in the meantime.
Anyways, I am facing two major issues (among some others) - although I change the logo in the customizer, your Logo is still showing on the website. Secondly the translation plugin Loco is not working for some reason...
You have my credentials and I am asking you to reply and look into this.

hey, thx for the reply, however it is marked as private. Even though I get the email with the excerpt (first few words of your private reply) I am not able to view the rest here in the forum (even though I am logged in, relaoded and stuff...)

It's been 6 days and I am still waiting on a reply from you. My work is put on hold since I am unable to import demo, as well as editing certain pages with elementor. Is there another way to contact you and get assistance (since that is what has been promised upon purchasing JobMonster). I really hope we can work this out sooner than later as my contractee is getting itchy.

after facing the same problem, I switched to child-theme. However, not sure what you mean by copying the said file into child theme folder. I suppose we are not talking local folder (on my PC), as that would have little effect.
Would ask you to explain the process in detail.
