I will use as it is for now, however if possible, if you could later on look into the back-end and coding as I think there may be an ongoing issue which is causing the data to be pulled. The above solution is a quick-fix, however does not fundamentally fix the inherent issue.
I will have to revoke access for now as there will be sensitive data on the site and thus will be unable to grant access otherwise.
Please advise of what to do in such instance and how to obtain support without compromising sensitive user data.
Kind regads,
Rick
Yes, the problem is resolved
Elementor Pro was not set to update to 3.0 automatically, so was causing issues with the other Elementor plugin
I have marked this post as resolved.
Thank you for your assistance.
I am unsure as to why I am seeing this.
I have tested in both EXTENDED and COMPACT view.
In accordance with your advice, I have taken the applications off and the date and it seems to resolve in the COMPACT view, however in the extended view, I am still seeing the job description.
This does solve the problem for now, however if possible, could this be looked into further tomorrow?
Thank you and kind regards once again,
Rick
Good morning (0950GMT)
I feel there has been some confusion.
I see your above image has worked for you, however it has not worked for me.
I have repeated the same steps and removing the two fields is somewhat irrelevant:
> The Application Field - List number of applications, thus should be viewed
> Date - Shows the date the job was published, so also relevant
What I have a problem with is that the JOB NAME field and the JOB DESCIPTION field are both merged and showing within the main jobs page.
Please see below files.
I hope this can be resolved, as in an hour or so, your support team will not return until tomorrow and ideally I would have liked this resolved today.
Kind regards,
Rich
Good morning (0800 GMT)
I've just checked and had no response to the above and it does not seem to have been fixed
Is there any chance of getting an update on the issue at all?
Kind regards,
Rick
This reply has been marked as private.Elementor Pro updated to 3.0 and Fatat Error has now been resolved.
Wp Bakery is not having as many issues now either, will close off the case for now.
When minimising the screen, it would seem that all columns are set to a standard percentage width.
The Job Column should have the name of the job listed, however should not also contain the DESCRIPTION.
I have attached an image of the EXTENDED view that shows the problem.
Please can you advise?
Thank you for response,
Where do I find the functionality to disable the Job Description function in the admin view?
I wish to see the name of the job, but not see the entire support text as this is the key cause of the issue and there does not seem to be an option for such.
Please advise,
Thank you and kind regards,
Rich

Good afternoon,
Thank you for your response.
1. Please scroll up and see above images:

Jobs-Extended-View-Full-Screen.png
Jobs-Extended-View-Minimised.png
Job-Description-Word-Count.pngThe JOBS page seems to display the name of the job along with the job description within a very small field and thus you cannot see the name of the JOB and looks very untidy.
2. The problem is mentioned in full above, along with screenshots.
3. Please see images above.
Thank you and kind regards,
Richard
I realised the images from the text body do not show up, so I am attaching them below:
Thanks.
Just to add...
I did a wordcount of the text on the LOREM IPSUM text and it seems to be approximately 60 words that are generated from the Job Description section.
"Job Description Curabitur non nulla sit amet nisl tempus convallis quis ac lectus. Mauris blandit aliquet elit, eget tincidunt nibh pulvinar a. Praesent sapien massa, convallis a pellentesque nec, egestas non nisi. Curabitur aliquet quam id dui posuere blandit. Nulla porttitor accumsan tincidunt. Donec rutrum congue leo eget malesuada. Pellentesque in ipsum id orci porta dapibus. Donec sollicitudin molestie malesuada."
