Where should I enter this code? I've added it under Appearance > Customizer in the WordPress dashboard and it is not giving the desired results.
Yes because my jobs do not have addresses all of them are remote work.
Can you make an update to include a "region" field so that employers can input their city, state, zip code plus telecommute option?
Once again, there are not physical addresses for any of the jobs I post. Every other Job Plugin that I have used incorporates schema for the options that I mentioned above.
Please disable top section on member page that shows progress of login - complete profile - your resume - preview and finish.
This does not add any value to users, it merely distracts them.
Creating a good user experience means that it should be simple and intuitive.
Please also remove requirement to preview a resume before posting. This is one extra step that scares away new users.
It appears that your add profile photo function does not work. When I take a photo with my camera on mobile it does not save to my profile.
Ok Thanks
How do I resolve this conflict without disabling Ivory Search?
It appears we have a language barrier here.
In English, if something is "required", a user cannot proceed without it.
When you say profile picture is "required", that means there should be no default avatar because there is no option to complete a profile without a photo.
I have updated the theme already to current version.
I disabled the old search template to use your default template and it is not working. Please fix issues.
When is search for resumes in "Oklahoma City" no results are found. This search should return the resumes listed in Oklahoma City, and I know for a fact that there are resumes located in that region.
This reply has been marked as private. You do not need the 'Test Comp' account, you can register your own company account and you will get the same results.
I literally gave you the username and password in another message at the same time as this one, did you not just log into my website? Frustrating to send it twice but here you go!!!!!

You have changed profile image to "required", but it's not actually requiring users to add a profile image before completing the profile.
Please look at my website again. Most new users don't have a profile image included. If it were truly required wouldn't they all have photos now?
I will hire a developer to add this feature for you if the coding is too complex for you, just let me know 🙂
Please respond to above.
A resolution is needed ASAP to add zip code when adding jobs in multiple locations!
Is it possible to choose multiple locations on the Google Map if I enable "Full Address"?
Or possibly we could have the other location picker field linked to Google Maps so that when a user selects a city for their gig it automatically pulls the data for that location from Google Maps API?
I am willing to pay for a developer to make these changes for your theme, I think it will add a lot of value for your users.
Thanks for clarifying the date issue.
The jobs I am posting are remote jobs. Essentially they can be worked anywhere within a given city/region. Most other themes and job plugins allow you to designate if a job is remote? Would you consider adding this?
After all, this is a theme made for tech jobs. Since COVID-19 most tech jobs are now remote, and the trend is expected to continue after the pandemic.
For adding zip codes to jobs, I see what you are trying to say. The problem is that most of the employers that add jobs are adding jobs that can be worked in multiple locations (like Seattle, LA, New York, Boston) - sometimes up to 50 locations at once. Your theme allows them to pick multiple cities from a drop down, but if I add a zip code it would only allow for a single zip code per listing. So for example, a listing would display in 10 cities but only have one zip code listed. This would confuse Google. I think if we add "remote" option a zip code would not be required.. But it is still ideal to be able to add multiple zip codes to a single job posting.
Please respond I have customers that have posted jobs and they are not being displayed in Google Jobs.
Why would my site use a custom date format? After all, I am using your theme to create these jobs...
Please elaborate on what this "custom date format" is and how to change it.
Of course they created an account and did not edit their profile. Why would any user go back to edit a profile?
If a photo is required then they should not be able to advance to post a resume without first posting that photo.
I have already enabled "require completed profile before completing resume". With this logic it should be impossible to add a resume without adding a profile photo - assuming that you are telling the truth when you say that a profile picture is now required!
DOES THIS MAKE SENSE?
DO YOU UNDERSTAND SIMPLE LOGIC?
This should not be a 20 comment thread. It's insane that it is this difficult to communicate with you. Anyone reading this - please request a refund for your theme before it's too late!
You are right. If a candidate wants to waste their time and go back to edit their profile then they can make this change on their own.
This is TERRIBLE user experience.
No user wants to make a username then go back and change that username later. The only reason users choose a job board is because it is easy to use.
I have professionally built out over 50 job boards and I work with multiple US agencies. I am sharing my knowledge with you so that you can improve this platform. Please take my advice and put it to work, so that you can improve a deprecated theme.
I did not use any custom date formats for job listing, I'm using the template built out by your Jobica theme. Please be more specific. The end date
Job full address is disabled because employers are posting jobs at multiple locations with each listing. I have not used job full address in any of my 7,000 previous job listings and all rank very well in google jobs. All that is required is a region and zip code for google schema. Not using a full address will not result in an error in Google Jobs shcema. This is why you need to make the changes that I previously requested with regards to adding multiple zip codes per job listing.
Still not resolved. The last 10 candidates have uploaded resumes and do not have a profile photo: https://gigsharks.com/resumes/
Thanks
