This is the icon from the font-awesome icon. If you want to add more icons, you need to change the source code and add the new icon library font to the back-end and front-end.

5. As I see, the portfolio field type is an image gallery. So you can't upload PDF files to that field.

2. Use the 3rd plugin as the Loco Translate plugin and find that string in our language file to change to another string as you want.
