    Hi.

    I have checked and helped you fix the issue with the JobMonster Add-on plugin. For the media image issue, I see the 403 forbidden for the image.

    Please check your .htaccess file to remove the 403 forbidden.

    Hi.

    The featured company will be auto-added to your account when you purchase the package including that featured.

    For the featured job, you need to do it by yourself by clicking on the featured star in the job management.

    Please select the WP Default Employer role, then you will see the company listing select field.

    Hi.

    I have added the source code to this file: wp-content/themes/noo-jobmonster/layouts/user-menu.php line 242 to help you add the sign-out menu item to all other user accounts.

    For the user menu item, we only support the menu item for the Employer or Candidate user type.

    Hi.

    When a user buys the package with the option "Featured Company" the company will become to the featured company. You can find the enina company info in the companies listing page. https://prnt.sc/dIoTY1w6h2rX

    For the job featured, please go to job management on the front-end and check to star featured icon. That will help you make the job to the featured job.

    1. For the Employer email issue, please check the Email config for the Employer at the Jobmonster/ Email Templates/ Employer emails tab.

    Hi.

    I have checked the Test job. I added the address to the Test job to display the job on the map. After adding the address, the job has shown on the map. Then I remove the test job. As you see, the job also disappears from the map. It doesn't take 20 hours to refresh the job map.

    Do you want to remove the checkbox "The same as company address"?

    Please go to this file: wp-content/themes/noo-jobmonster/framework/libs/custom-fields/render-fields.php and remove the source code from lines 366 to 390.

    That will help you hide the checkbox.

    Hi.

    I only tested import for the company not for the job. But you can do the same with the job import.

    It doesn't have the limit import but if you have a large file, it also depends on your server config.

    For the job location, you need to import the latitude and longitude to get the correct position.
