I've just purchased Jobmonster. When installing the main theme I get "Incompatible Archive" message and unable to complete theme upload. We have WordPress 6.4.3. Can I please get support to overcome this issue?
I've just downloaded Installable WordPress file, zipped it and uploaded. I still have the same issue.
I will need an out come here so I will have to request for a refund please.

The issue is form WP 6.4.3. You need to unzip the file noo-jobmonster.zip and compress that folder again to fix the issue.
We will release a new version to fix it soon.
