In this case the employer has to re-purchase the package. SO employer needs to purchase it 3 times. There currently is no option to select the no. of same item/package as it won't be fruitfull in this case of a job board(it's my opinion 🙂 )
There are 3 ways in which you can update the theme.
1) download theme and re-install( will delete the customizations)
2) Use Envato toolkit
3) use the appearance tab from back-end menu.
I suggest use 3)
Login to your wordpress and go to the backend. In the appearance tab at left side go to theme. there you can see your installed theme. Click on jobmonster theme and you will get link to update the theme.

I had this thread just to consolidate the suggestions coming in from all the users and everybody has rightly contributed to it 🙂
I have known rafa0192 from quiet some time now (although only over this support) and I am sure he too never wanted to offend in any way and must have had a smile while putting forward his opinion about the suggestions. 🙂 (although he always forgets to mention the serial number for the suggestion 😀 😀 😉 )

In the resume form, some text areas must allow only numerics like date and skill % . But they are taking in normal text. see screenshots

15) employers tend to shortlist the candidates and contact them later. These approve/reject option also help keep track of total applications.
16) Jobs expiration is controlled by the admin so I guess things are ok right now. Some employers keep a short period of job closing date to create an urgency amongst the candidates to apply. Apart from this they do have a time limit from their company in which they do the hiring.

Hey friend. I just found that there is a notification number on a test profile I made, but there are no actual notifications and no notification is seen in the dashboard too. see screenshot.
unfortunately I am still not able to view the resume video. I was waiting fot it for so long. Let me update to latest version and then check that again.

yah sure. Its resolved. I do know that customizer for both the themes are different. I just didnot check if child was active or the main theme.
You 2.2.1 theme has this problem. When I activated to my child theme then everything became alright.
yes it's already updated to 2.2.1
