Furthermore, the settings on the site (JobMonster) is that Only Employers with Paid Packages can view the CV.
So whilst, nobody can view the CVs on the site, yet, the same CVs are appearing in Google's search results for a specific name e.g. if Joe Bloggs has a CV on my site under his profile, this CV is appearing in the Google search results for Joe Bloggs.
I don't think this is OK.
Thus, it is a problem that needs to be resolved urgently.

The problem is that when a candidate uploads a CV in their profile on the site, they do so on the knowledge that their CV will be stored on the site only and not appear in Google search results.
This is also, what we tell them, that their CV will only be viewable to the employer to which they have applied for a job with.
Thus, please advise how do we prevent their CV from appearing in Google's search results.
