Loco Translate is not loading custom translation files. And now I am stuck with very bad English grammar that is displayed on my website!!! This makes me look like a fool and an amateur to my clients!!! It is the third time I have asked this to be changed, and every time it reverts back to its default poor grammar!!!

I tried it myself, and I fixed it. What action can I take to preserve it, so that it won't change back automatically again in the future?
1, 2, and 3 has changed. The major problem is with 5 - 10 which is still the same.
After logging into my site, my users are redirected to solve a math problem and then redirected again to a WordPress login Screen where they are forced to log in again. This confuses my users and looks very unprofessional. My site is live, and I cannot afford bugs like this!
I am sorry, but if you cannot fix my issue or are unwilling to support me, I would like a refund of the money I paid for this support. It has been almost six days since I reported this issue!!!
This is a critical issue because clients will pay for a product they NEVER receive. If this does not work 100%, then this theme is useless to me. Can we please fix this? It has been FOUR days now
The "keyword" and "job category" searches do not work. It always brings "Nothing Found" results, even when there are candidates in the database
I will do it myself if you tell me where to edit it. But my site cannot go live with improper English. It does not sound professional
