Please see attached the pictures of viewing the website on a mobile device.
You see that on the YoungMinds page, the main images are cut in half when viewed on the mobile.
On the homepage, the main image is reduced to four squares of the image, when it is a collage of eight images. The optimised mobile view is not showing the full collage of images.
Please can you help with this.

Also the images on the YoungMinds page are not optimised when you look at the page via a mobile phone.
In the mobile view on the a laptop, it looks optimised, but not on a phone.

I urgently need an answer to my questions.
1. The text in the navigation bar on homepage is not changing to the colour I have set it to. All the other pages have changed colour expect the home page the text is still white.
2. I would like to add a transparent background to the navigation bar on the homepage and heading on the homepage above the job search field to make the text send out. There is a transparent background behind the job search field. See the screenshot attached, for you to see what I am referring to.

Thank you from coming back to me.
I have added the custom field to add a application link and an email link too.
I still don't understand about the employer accounts that have been set up by administrator in the back end.
To explain further, the administrator has created companies (employers) in the back end of WordPress. Then created new job roles for these companies in the back end also. These companies have been created without a user details (contact name, email address etc.)
Without the user details - email address, we don't received email notifications that candidates have applied for the role. How do we fix this, so we receive email notifications?
What is Secret Key and ID?
