I still don't understand what is problem , your mean: the problem in search form on header ?

1. Sorry, the Jobmonster not support create search form like https://www.leboncoin.fr/ default it only display 3 fields: keyword, location and category for search form on Job Archive page.2.
in the side bar i want to show only feature post, right now it's show in the side bar show all the post with "yes" for feature and "no" for normal but i don't want yes or no i want only result related to those post which are feature.
That problem because error in file 'archive-noo_job.php' you create in child theme, please check again or remove it.
3. the page http://yogot60seconds.com/my-account/ is Account page of WooCommerce plugin, the Jobmonster use http://yogot60seconds.com/member/ for Member page.

Also, the WPBakery Page Builder not support for Archive page, so you can't use WPBakery Page Builder to build category archive page.

Dear, After apply job successful, Candidate will recieve email confirm with setting 'Jobmonster -> Settings -> Email Templates -> Candidate job application submitted email'. It's not work on site ? Please check and active 'Candidate job application submitted email' and check email sender on your site again.
