Why the setting on your site is lose when switch to use Jobmonster Child theme. Default it NOT lose unless you add custom code in Jobmonster theme. please check again and send for me details error when switch to use child theme, i will check to help you.

Dear, We're have tested Jobmonster theme on WordPress latest version and not see any problem in Jobmonster theme. the WordPress 5.5 introduce: In WordPress 5.5, your site gets new power in three major areas: speed, search, and security. I think it takes more system resources to get there. Please check your site again.

Sorry, the Jobmonster theme only support one package for each customer, that is core functions of Jobmonster theme and can't help you support customer can buy multiple packages.

Dear, i recommend use standard or Reader mode because i think it fit with responsive CSS of theme.
Transitional mode if you have a other site (other url) of post/page when user visit your site. the AMP with redirect to that url.
