Dear. That problem when get 'value' of function '_save_resume' in file 'framework/admin/noo_form_handler.php' (see attachment).
Also, We're never recommend user edit core file on Jobmonster theme, even when add custom code, we're always use file function in child theme. If you custom code in Jobmonster theme, you need check it with your self because we're can't check all file on your site to get what is file you custom or check if problem in your custom code.

Dear. I see video and i see you have problem with Jobmonster Elementor demo data.
That problem because the demo data of Jobmonster use Elementor old version, i don't understand why it not work with elementor latest version.To fix your problem: Please use WP Reset plugin to reset your site then go to admin menu 'Elementor -> Tool -> Version Control' and 'Rollback Version' elementor to version 2.7.5 then import elementor data demo of Jobmonster.
After import demo, you can update Elementor to latest version.

Dear, If you want change your site to German, please go to admin menu 'Settings -> General -> Language' and change to 'German'

Yes, please update Jobmonster theme on your site to latets version 4.6.6 then install and switch your site to use Jobmonster Child Theme
Then, add custom code in file functions.php of Jobmonster Child theme to enable add Job Alert in admin board.
