Sorry, the base work of Jobmonster is Job and Resumes, it is not specific for study programs. For your problem, you can go to admin menu 'Jobmonster -> Custom Fields' and create new custom fields for Job , then use Job Advance Search widget and select custom field in search form.

'YOUR_DEFAULT_IMAGE_URL' is default image you want use.
