Yes, you need install/activate WooCommerce plugin to create job package and you can add any payment method for WooCommerce.

Dear, I check your site i see that problem because it conflict with login redirect of bbPress plugin, to fix your problem, please kindly install and switch your site to use Jobmonster Child theme, then add custom PHP code to file functions.php of Jobmonster Child Theme.

1. You save translate to theme folder. It will lose when update theme, please change it to use 'System' or 'Loco' folder (see attachment)2. I see javascript problem in Automatic Translate Addon For Loco Translate plugin. I deactivate it on your site and translate Search Job Now (see attachment) I see it's working, please check your site again.

Dear, I have check again, i see that problem because the Jobmonster use Job Advance Search in a column right sidebar, it always display on row in 'WPBakery Page Builder'
For Your problem: you can add go to admin menu 'Widgets' and add Job Advance Search widget to Job Sidebar, then change your page to use template 'Page with Right Sidebar' and select 'Job Sidebar' like attachment,
