If you want do it, please install and switch your site to use Jobmonster child theme, then add custom PHP code in Jobmonster child theme's file functions.php

If you change language directly in the file of theme or plugin, it will lose when you update theme and plugin, you're understand ?.
If you still want do it, please search to edit it in in Jobica Core plugin file 'plugins/jobica-core/elementor/advance_search.php', you can use 'Plugin Editor' to do it.
