Please go to admin menu 'Jobmonster -> Settings -> Location' and check Map setting again.

Dear. default Contact form on home page of Jobmonster only use one email field, if you want add message field, please go to edit Contact form 'Home Form' and add more field or you can edit your home page to select other Contact form.

Dear, You can go to 'Jobmonster -> Settings-> Action Control' and change setting 'Apply Job' to 'Candidate' to allow only Candidate user can apply job.

Dear, That problem because the Jobmonster theme use Content max width 1200px and Elementor use Content max width : 1140px;
If you want change content max width of Jobmonster to like Elementor. Please add custom CSS code on your site

Dear, I don't understand your questions, If you want update theme via admin panel. You need go to admin menu 'Jobmonster -> Quick Setup' and add Purchase Code and if Jobmonster have update version. You will see update notice in admin.
Or you can download latest version from ThemeForest.
Also, You still can update theme if you subscription expires.
