Dear, I check and i see that problem because you use 'Number of Weeks' with too big number. I cause error in strtotime function . I have change 'Number of Weeks' to 10 and it's working, Please check again.

Sorry, You can't move Viewed Column on list view , please click to 'Screen Options'(see attachment) and un-check some columns you don't need display on list view to fix your problem.

Dear, If Employer want change it, It dependent to Employer package 'Re-post job limit'. If you want change it in admin(backend) you need change date expired of job and Job Status to publish.

Sorry, I change 'Number of items per page' but the admin job list still error 'out of memory' i think you need increase memory size of your site because your site have many jobs (28k jobs) , Also, because the admin list is default of list post function of WordPress and the Jobmonster not add anything to cause that error.

I think maybe your page is duplicate 2 page builder(see attachment): Elementor and WPBakery. If you import WPBakery demo. You need use WPBakery to edit/build page, if you want use Elementor when import WPBakery demo, you need delete all WPBakery page content then use Elementor build page again.
If you want use Elementor to build page, please import Elementor demo. You can't use 2 page builder on one page.
