Dear, Please check https://www.inclusivehires.com/jobs/youth-engagement-officer/ data. the 'Posted by ( Employer - Company )' and 'Company' is wrong (see attachment) the 'Posted' by data need Employer and 'Company' data is company of that employer.
Please kindly edit that job and change 'Posted by' to 'YoungMinds' then check again.

Dear, I check again and i see that problem because your site use SSL (https) but the setting url you not use https. Please go to admin menu 'Settings -> General' and check setting 'WordPress Address (URL)' and 'Site Address (URL)' again.

So sorry, i don't understand why Contact form 7 submit url is not found on your site (see attachment) Because your site is live so i can't deactivate plugin on your site to check that problem. Please kindly deactivate all plugin only activate contact form 7 and switch to other theme to check again.

Dear, I check and i see that problem because missing job Trustee Treasurer on your site, When delete application, the Jobmonster will check your right job or not, If not, you will can't delete application on frontend dashboard, You will delete application on backend.
