Dear, i think the problem on your site because WP Fastest Cache plugin, the WP Fastest Cache not clear cache after user login , when i delete cache of plugin, i can login with account demo. Please check plugin settings again or switch to use other plugin, ex Total Cache and check again.

Sorry, the theme not support you to do it, for your question, i think you use user role plugin (ex User Role Editor ) to create account with custom role only allow edit job for Admin Company
