Dear, i have check again, i see the publish resume dependent to Resume setting 'Max Viewable Resume' default is 1. If you want publish more than one resume please go to menu 'Jobmonster -> Settings -> Resume' and change setting 'Max Viewable Resume' to number you want.

Dear, I think that problem because duplicate data on your site when you import demo many times. You can use plugin WP Database Reset to reset your site database to new WordPress site and import demo again.
