Dear, i have check your site again. the Resume grid style will display if you not login. I think that problem because your site still use Jobmonster old version. please kindly update Jobmonster on your site to latest version 4.6.0.8 from ThemeForest and check again.

I check again i see that problem because the WordPress can't trim your langauge, to fix your problem. please add 'excerpt' setting for that post (see attachment)Dear, i have check your site, i see that problem because your site disable 'Show Avatars' in menu 'Setting -> Discussion Settings'
The Jobica will show Employer Company Logo as avatar if emplpyer update 'Company Logo' but if not ad company logo, the Jobica will display default Avatar by WordPress but you disable 'Show Avatars'.

Dear, I think that problem because your hosting permissions don’t allow access to read/write file. please check your hosting again or you can update our theme using 1 of the two following:
1. Update theme using Envato Plugin. If you have any trouble while using auto update (It is likely to be permission issue), you may want to manually update the theme via FTP or Cpanel.
2. Update theme manually
Download the latest version of the theme on ThemeForest download page and simply replace the old one via FTP or Cpanel.Best regards.

Sorry, because have many files when we're update theme and i can't tell exactly file in each update version.
Why you add custom code in file of Jobmonster theme, please switch your site to use Jobmonster child theme and move custom code to file functions.php Jobmonster child theme, because when update theme only update Jobmonster theme and child theme not affect.

Dear, the notice can you not set package page and the Jobmonster will auto create page when you click to 'correct it'
If you want use 'Advertise with Us' page as package page on your site, please go to admin menu: Jobmonster -> Settings -> packages' and select it in setting 'Job Package Page ' also, you can select 'resume package page' in here.

I have check Jobmonster on local host but not have problem like your problem. I doubt that problem happening when use with WPML but why only some email have problem ? can you add shortcode in email is wrong, ex: include space in shortcode ?
You can give for me more details of your probem: the problem in Resume submitted email or Employer registration email ..?

You can remove it via translate theme with text 'For %s', please use plugin Loco plugin to translate theme.
