1. Please delete Post A Job page in Drafts and create once page use 'Post Job' template2. To fix your problem, please edit Advanced Search shortcode on home page and change 'visibility' setting to 'All'

Dear, That not is problem of theme because it dependent to data you use, eg the Image in Slider you use image with big size, you need optimize image before use it in slider. Also, pelase read more this article to optimize your site.

Dear, The Jobmonster not support Pixel for job page. But the job is a custom post type in WordPress, so you can install and check some plugin help to add pixel for custom tom post type, example : https://wordpress.org/plugins/facebook-conversion-pixel/#description
