That helped because now I see it. If anyone else has this same question in the future go to
Customizing ▸ Job & Company ▸ Job List
Then scroll down to "insert custom content" and remove the text there and it deletes the image.

How do you change it on the page that shows the jobs that the company has listed.
For example, these pages have the same image to browse 5000 jobs. I want to change that image.
If I use a custom application link I don't need the on site application. However, I
cannot remove the link to the on site application without completely turning off on site applications.Please advise.
Thank you for the response. I was actually wondering about the other way around. If you choose to use a custom application link, how do you remove the on site application?
