Hello friends. Two things need to be done to resolve the failure in the reset password process. First go into JobMonster settings and place in the Subscriber Management Page field a page containing the shortcode [noo_member_account]. The other step is to enter WooCommerce settings and change the Lost Password field in the advanced settings tab from lost-password to forgot-password. This solved the reset password process for me. Our friends at Job Monster support are very busy and take a long time to help us.
