I would like to engage NooTheme on customizations to JobMonster for my site ASAP. Please advise.
Sorry, we actually needed this info for two different reasons. The original question referred to the Companies page within WP-Admin.

above is the page URL where I want to add the filter.
But the query is it takes min 20 hours to update. For example, I deleted the jobs from the backend but still showed that position on the front end. after 20 hours the map refreshes. Is there any way to make it fast?
We did have Map Picker already selected for Job.
My understanding of what you outlined above is that the Job DOES have an ability to be shown on the Map instead of the Company. However, for our purposes (since our website is built for security-based jobs) for Employer operational secrecy reasons the exact address cannot be communicated publicly. I confirmed it is possible to just use a Zip code to enter into that field which should be sufficient.
However, I cannot locate this check-box:

I want to show job locations on the map instead of companies.
For now, the map is showing the companies' marks. I want to show jobs instead of those companies.

here you can see.Is there a line length limit? We have 1,914 records to import. I see in your test you had 19, but 20 jobs showed have now populated up in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Africa.

I am in the physical security industry. It's a small niche overall. Very few sites that I imagine cater to this segment. That's why I am looking for others to compare to outside of this industry.
