Nothing worked. So finally found out the issue. It was coming from WordPress Toolkit for cPanel.
It was creating some cron jobs that was leading to error 404 every midnight.
So have to disabled the WordPress Toolkit for cPanel account and it resolves the issue.
I hope this helps someone who is also in similar situation.
It is also observed that 9:20AM IST to 9:40AM IST time for sever is 11:50 pm to 12:10 AM
which means something strange happens in mid night due to which error 404 appears on all custom page, categories (of jobmonster)

I have tried updating permalinks and it works but again between 9:20AM IST to 9:40AM IST the problem appears again.
So for debugging I disabled all plugins and switched to default theme and problem didnt appear.
Then switched to jobmonster with all plugins disabled. The problem appeared.
So I think the problem lies somewhere in our job monster theme.
It has been 2 months now and I have to goto permalinks page and update it everyday!!!
Please check again I see multiple line numbers
I think the best way to correct this error is to add line in the
if conditionfor all the aboveisset($_SERVER['REQUEST_METHOD'])This will avoid this error in next version.
OK. I am aware of this but we use auto repost for the job, so it is not possible for us to differentiate.
Can you provide me with the filename which contains code for renewal?

I don't understand your response. I mean I want to know which job has been renewed recently by the employer. How can I (admin) check this? Also in the order, it is not mentioned which job ID got renewed.

Like for Companies I would like to show a separate custom page
and for Candidate, I would like to show a different page
If possible you can provide me custom PHP function which can override your original function. (In case you dont want to incorporate this in current version of Job Monster)
