in WP Front End I can see it in the database, but not with the contact form on the resume single page. Therefore my own emailaddress should be added to the contact form so that the candidate gets the message, but also me as a copy
If a user sends a message to the candidate, I want to get a copy of this message. So that I know what they wrote. At the moment only the candidate gets the message
1) I think the problem is that the logic is AND as you said. But I need AND/OR. how can I change or can you do that quickly?

in your screenshot you use both language filter the one on top and the below one. But if you would only use the filter on top, which offers only one selection, then its not working with spanish!
