Seems like you have not understood the problem
Earlier, the "Notification Email" option was available as shown in the previous snapshot so that job application could be sent to a different email. Now, after the fresh update, that feature os not more available.
Please re-enable that feature. It was extremely useful for me.

I am able to check jobs that were posted 4 days and prior, quickly.
