Why no one is answering my questions? Is this what the paid support I am supposed to get?

Please answer this question. Even after query is optimised, still loading of resume search result is extremely slow. This is not same in case of job search where response is must better.
I have discussed with y developer and he is also not able to help and asks me to discus with theme developer.

I understand that redirection to google account is required to select the account for login but can it be done without creating separate popup window got login, as done in most other websites.
When user clicks on google login, it directs to google login via link redirection and not opening separate popup. This is what I am looking.
How this can be implemented here? Please implement this.

When I apply this code, registration and login page does not show popup. I did not want this!
I want that when I click on Google icon, for login using google, presently it pops up another webpage where google mail and password could be entered. How to remove this webpage popup and get this activity integrated in theme itself?

I have disabled my plugins and checked. None of them are conflicting.
I think this is some theme issue since on clicking submit button, it changes to the default color theme of "yellow".

I have checked the link but I am not sure how to proceed for all resumes. As of now, I have got complaints from few clients but I m sure there would be more such cases, which I dont know. Also I can't fill URL removal form for every individual client since their might be 2000+clients on portal. I dont know which all resumes are cached by google! might be every resume on portal, which is a serious privacy leak issue. This must be address immediately!
Is their no way to block everything which is indexed on google from wp-contents/ directory? and remove everything from google about my website "https://genuinehires.com" except website listing itself!
