    My client received this error message. Under "Products" I made sure that "Can view resume" box is checked, and that "resume view limit" is -1 for unlimited. Please help! Other clients haven't told me they're having this problem, so I wonder if it's just this one client?

    I asked the client for feedback, and they are logged in and accessing it accurately. They used both Firefox and Chrome on Windows.

    I have tested function with the new user "email: [email protected]". And it works normally (attachments)
