So I paid for an extension on my support, you took my money and I get no support in return? I have started 5 threads with bugs that need to be fixed, I have sent you my WP Admin login details and nothing is happening. If you cannot give me support you must refund my money and I will write a review about this.
It is not acceptable to take my money and not give me support. What did I pay for then?
Hello, I would like to respond to your ticket for some clarification. Honestly, support can sometimes take a few days to respond but they always end up finding a solution to your problems. A little patience, I'm sure you will hear back from support very soon.
