I have made a new purchase of your theme. 🙂 We are using it for 1 year now, but at this moment we came into an issue with the theme and thus we need some support.
We've done an upgrade of our WordPress and WPBakery stopped working . We contacted them already and they said that "The frontend editor at your end is disabled by the theme developer using vc_disable_frontend. You can get in touch with the theme developer and get rid of the above code from the theme to get it back". Can you help us fix this issue?Moreover, we want to upgrade the theme and we've done that on a staging environment and it seems that all our settings have been lost. We want to do the upgrade on the live station but we cannot do that until we see that is works for staging.
Dear, the theme not disable frontend builder of WPBakery, i think that problem because conflict with Visual Composer plugin on your site, please deactivate Visual Composer plugin on your site and check again. if it still not work, please kindly send for me admin account and your site URL via private reply, i will check details to help you.
