I recently ran into an issue after updating my theme to Version: 4.7.0. I am unable to add column borders on any block via WPBakery. I have tried disabling all the plugins except WPBakery and then made the change, with no success. WPBakery changes only worked after a theme change. Borders are working on rows but not columns.

I have disabled 3 files in the vc_templates folder to fix the columns config issue. https://prnt.sc/IxM21yAluv2d
I don't know why that file exists in your template folder. I have removed that file a long time ago.
