We are so sorry but we don't support WP Affiliate Manager plugin. In addition, it seems that there isn't related between the content and title. On the title, you said "WP SMTP – Emails cannot receive" but in content, you mentioned an unrelated issue.
Can you check it carefully? After that, tell us your issue exactly.
