Hello,
I got problem with payment gateway in woocommerce. When i confirm payment (made a payment), the payment status doesn’t change in woocommerce.

Payment method: Dotpay - it's set to test mode so You can accept/decline payment after choosing method.It looks like status of payment don't get to system?
I can deliver documentation of payment processor if needed>Best Regards

Thanks for getting back to us.
We have got access to your website then created a new employer to check to pay your package. Everything worked fine.
1- Employer bought a package from front-page. Please see the attached image.
2- From Dashboard, admin also see the order and admin can edit and change the status of order successfully. Please see this image: https://prnt.sc/n0skiz
You can get access to your website then check it again.

But i got still problem with "Dotpay" payment. It should be confirmed as payment succesful but it's not:

Error says: waiting too long.So system doesn't process the payment.
