Hello nootheme support, I have a very serious problem when trying to import theme data using the elementor option, I follow all the necessary steps (install the necessary plugins and correct the required pages, insert the purchase code) before clicking on the Import button, but an error message is displayed at the end of the import process, please help.
Please request if you can pass the file to me in Elementor to do it manually thanks.
