why order is outstanding?

Hi,

Since few days ago when someone make a purchase in our online shop we received like outstanding instead off processing. And I wish that the order is processing not outstanding.

I don't see the "Woocommerce Order" having "outstanding" status.

In this moment I have not orders in outstanding but whem I recieved someone I never have orders in procesing, them I never have notice of new order, and I have to change outstanding>>>>processing manually.

Hi,

It seems that woocommerce does not receive a payment status from order from user.

Does this work normally on PayPal?

Currently you are using 3rd party plugin (Redsys) for Credit card payment, I think you should contact them for better support.
