The website has become too slow after the last update. check out the google scrore it is 2

As I see, you have a lot of ads display on your site. It will reduce your site data test.

We are having some personnel issues. Sorry for the inconvenience.
To check this issue, you can try to deactivate all plugin and only use jobmonster theme.
If the problem comes from the theme, I'll help you check it out.
