This error occurs when you upgrade your PHP version to 7.x

I'm not technical unfortunately, and would like dearly to:
- Upgrade to Word Press version 5.3.2
- Upgrade to Job Monster version 4.6.0.3without overwriting customizations which I understand is easily done.
Can you help with any of the above ?

Hi,
If all the customizations you made through the Child Theme, then you don't need to worry and update as usual. But if you edit directly in the Parent Theme, you need to backup those files before updating.
After the update, you can activate Child Theme and customize it based on the backup file.
